Philosophy – Hatha (physical) yoga was developed to prepare the body to sit comfortably in meditation. To that end our practice is focused on sitting and floor postures.

Angie has been a professional Teacher/Trainer since 2003 and a dedicated practitioner for 21 years. She has taught over 7000 hours of yoga with appreciation, and attended more than 7000 hours of yoga classes, workshops, and trainings with gratitude.
