Angie was the sole Remedial Faculty at Yoga for Today Teacher Training Program from 2005-2008. In 2009/10 she facilitated the program as well as monthly intensives at From Within (2010/11). She is proud to be offering a one-of-a-kind quality program at Breathe! Its foundation and focus is training yoga teachers “how to teach” a safe and effective yoga class.
Angie believes in practicing what you teach and therefore attends several yoga classes/week, as well as weekend workshops and ongoing training. Curiosity brought Angie to her first yoga class. It was love at first try. The meditative and spiritual qualities of the practice have kept her dedicated. Yoga completely changed her life. She gave up a successful (stressful) career to share her passion for yoga with others. As a little girl Angie dreamt of being a teacher and now she is living that dream.
